Consulting

To be successful in today's competitive environment, small business owners and managers must have knowledge of and experiences in market development, financial analysis, industry knowledge, management skills, and government regulations, as well as day-to-day business operations.

The Ohio Small Business Development Center at KRBA offers the support and training that will lead you to profits, jobs, and success. A professional staff, with knowledge of the needs of small businesses (up to 500 employees), is available for consulting at no charge. Whether you are just beginning with a new idea or product, in the start-up stage of your business, or dealing with the issues of growth, an SBDC consultant will be able to assist you.

Additionally, the Ohio Small Business Development Center for Women serves women-owned businesses in north-east Ohio with its own set of services.
