Light manufacturing, assembly, and service businesses are housed in incubators. Tenants have access to shared equipment and resources which enable the firm to keep costs lower. Some services are included in the monthly rental fee; others have a fee-for-use.

How to Apply for Tenancy

Contact the director by telephone or postal mail to schedule an appointment to tour the facility. Then, submit a business plan to the Incubator Advisory Board—staff members are on hand to assist in this process! The Incubator Advisory Board will review your business plan. With their approval, your rental agreement will be completed and a mentor will be assigned to work with you as you develop and grow your business.
