S tarting a business is challenging. Without a proper plan,
it can also be risky. A good business plan is not just a mission
statement: it spells out how the business will make money and
grow, including what services or products it will provide, what resources it will need to provide them, how much initial investment is required and how it will be obtained, what its operating costs will be, and what its market is like.

To help people who want to start their own business, KRBA offers the Business Plan Packet, which includes a business plan template and a series of spreadsheets for calculating and presenting the business’s projected cash-flow and assets.
